Shipping Policy
At Nandak Decors, we take great care in delivering your handcrafted epoxy furniture and décor items. We work only with trusted national courier partners to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable, even in case of return or refund.
Shipping Timeframes
Since each epoxy table and décor piece is handmade, shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping times for individual products can be found on their product pages under “Shipping Information.” For custom orders, we will update you about the delivery timelines separately through email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery partners deliver orders between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control like weather, strikes, or other disruptions in transport.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your shipment tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed. However, cancellations and modifications are only allowed within a limited time.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, subject to payment gateway charges. Once production has started, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order value will be charged.
If production is finished or the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 60% may apply, depending on the situation.
Address Changes
If you want to change the shipping address, please do so before we dispatch the order from our workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot make address changes once the order has been shipped.
